52 for 2020

OK, time to start a new one shot a week project.  It's like New Year's resolutions.  A great idea to start with, who knows how long I can keep it up.
I'll start with two pictures for the first week.  Actually there is only one photo.  It's displayed first in color then black&white. I get a different feeling out of each one despite the fact it's the same image.
I take a lot of selfies because every time I read a tips and tricks article or watch a YouTube tutorial I have to try out the technique.  Since nobody, but nobody, in my family is as enthusiastic about my photography as I am I have to be the face in front of the camera as well as behind.  Here I have a speed light shooting through an umbrella.  The pose is goofy/pretentious, but I've never claimed to be either good looking or an actor.

2020 week 1) window framed selfie, color.

2020 week 1)  window framed selfie, black and white.
I am just going to add photos as I take them.  I may add descriptions later.

2020 year in one photo.

With that 2020 comes to a close.  I am going to keep posting a weekly picture but it will be on the main page and I'll have something to say about it.  I started out with 52 Frames having a lot of enthusiasm but I started to wind down and the last couple of months I've been sending in the minimum payment due.
